Impact of image stabilisation for photoscan

So Image stabilisation is also suposed to degrade quality, let’s try that

I took 24 picture with the same lens/parameter, each time I was taking 2 shots, one with IS and one without IS.
Parameters :

Head fill as much as possible of the FOV
ISO 100 — tv speed 0.6 sec — av F/11

here is the comparaison (left IS activated/ right IS de-activated):

Conclusion :
I see no difference, the slight deviation might be due to the scaling before alignment.
