60Fps video are weird

When I watch 60fps video on a 60fps monitor they always seems « accelerated », I’m using quote here because they are not.

If I play the same movie in 30 fps and 60 fps side by side you could see that the 60fps video is not accelerated, but the movement are weird, like if you were watching it in accelerated mode.

This has been empiricaly seen however I can’t find the science behind it, and since 60fps monitor are quite recent It seems normal that nobody studied the problem yet.
